24/25 October 2009
Christ Church, Londonderry
The first edition of FiddleFest took place in 2007 exploring the junction where fiddle and violin meet. This year in association with BBC Radio Ulster and BBC Radio 3 we are indulging in a mini-weekend of the very best of classical chamber music for violin and strings. Join us too for the world premier of Peter Cowdrey's Derrivations for String Quartet inspired by that famous local melody, Danny Boy.
